Chase Mobile App Redesign
This was an ambitious 3 1/2year project to refresh the architecture, UX, and UI, of the Chase Mobile app.
The final design was successfully delivered and implemented in November 2021, and resulted in quantitative improvement in the user experience and business metrics.
We introduced and built bottom navigation architecture to better support customer Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). My primary role was to lead design and implementation of the early concepts, through to the MVP, internal pilot, customer pilot, and establish the design framework for implementing subsequent landing pages.
The year following the launch in 2022, J.D Power improved Chase’s mobile app ranking among major banks from 5th place to 2nd.
